[Design] Design the check-in feature (scan player QR code at registration)

Have a way for admins/assistants of tournaments to scan the QR code of the players to check-in the player for that category

Show the check-in registration status to tournament organizers on the match page and player page.

Show a warning when starting a match if a player is not checked-in.
